Voluntary Retirement Incentive Program
If you are eligible for the University of Hartford’s Voluntary Retirement Incentive Program and are considering participation in the program, please contact your designated HR Manager to schedule a meeting to discuss the program and how it applies to your individual circumstances.
In addition, please plan on attending one of the informational sessions noted below:

Individual 30-minute pre-retirement counseling sessions with a TIAA-CREF Individual Consultant will also take place on Tuesday, June 9th in HRD. Please contact Lindsay McKeegan, HR Specialist, at ext. 4666 or lmckeegan@hartford.edu to schedule an appointment.
If you are unable to meet with the TIAA-CREF representative in person, please call the Telephone Counseling Center to speak with a consultant regarding options.
